Our personal growth services — offered under our Inner Strategy practice — support individuals seeking clarity, alignment and confident decision-making. Going beyond surface-level motivation or prescriptive self-help, these are structured, reflective and insight-led engagements designed to support meaningful and lasting change in both personal and professional life.
This work is particularly suited to leaders, founders and professionals navigating change; individuals at a crossroads in career, identity or purpose; those seeking greater depth than traditional goal-setting or performance coaching offers; and clients who value reflection, autonomy and ethical practice.
Clients typically experience greater clarity around personal or professional direction, increased confidence in decision-making, improved alignment between their values, work and life, awareness and release of limiting internal patterns, and a stronger sense of purpose and self-trust.
We offer five engagement types, each tailored to different needs and depth of work:
- Exploratory Consultation — A focused, one-off session to explore a specific challenge, transition or decision. Best as a starting point or for short-term support. (£180–£300)
- Personal Compass Coach-Mentoring — Ongoing coaching for clarity, alignment and confident decision-making over time. Best for sustained development with accountability. (£900–£2,400)
- Strategic Inner Alignment — A deeper engagement for those facing complex transitions, leadership responsibility or identity shifts. Best for leadership transitions and depth work. (£2,500–£5,000)
- Decision & Transition Support — Targeted, short-term support during a defined period of change or significant decision-making. Best for career moves, business decisions or life transitions. (£750–£1,800)
- Bespoke Advisory Engagement — Highly tailored, confidential support for complex personal or professional contexts, shaped entirely around your circumstances. Best for executives, founders and high-responsibility roles. (Bespoke from £5,000)
It is important to be clear that this work is not therapy and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. It is also not predictive in nature, nor a quick-fix or motivational programme. It is professional, structured and insight-led personal development work, grounded in coaching, mentoring and reflective practice.
Our personal development work integrates professional coaching and mentoring principles with deep insight methodologies. It is grounded in three core pillars: Clarity (understanding where you are and what is influencing your situation), Alignment (identifying and resolving internal conflicts or misalignments between values, goals and actions) and Informed Choice (enabling confident, conscious decision-making rooted in self-awareness).
The Akashic Records is one of several insight-based tools that may be used as part of an engagement. It is always optional and introduced only by agreement. Many clients choose not to use this approach at all, and meaningful outcomes are consistently achieved through other methods of inquiry and reflection. If you would like an individual Akashic Records consultation specifically, this can also be requested as a standalone service.
Both options are available. Engagements can be offered as a single session — such as the Exploratory Consultation — or as part of a longer-term development journey, depending on your needs and objectives. The right structure is agreed collaboratively at the outset.
Yes. All sessions are conducted with full professionalism, discretion and respect. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of how we work with every individual client.
Clients often come to us during periods of transition, uncertainty or growth — when something feels unclear, complex or at standstill. If you are questioning your direction, facing a significant decision, navigating a leadership challenge, or simply sensing that a deeper level of reflection would be valuable, that is a good time to start a conversation.
The first step is a confidential conversation. This provides space to discuss your context, priorities and whether working together would be the right fit — with no obligation. You can arrange this directly via our website.
